The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) invites vendors and prospective vendors interested in doing business with Prince William County to attend the third annual Procurement Expo on March 4, at the Hylton Performing Arts Center. Vendors will have the opportunity to meet with County departments, neighboring localities, and business support partners. The Procurement Expo is a forum to facilitate connections between the vendor community and County decision-makers, increase competition and transparency, make new connections, and strengthen existing partnerships. The Expo highlights transparent, fair procurement practices and forward-thinking solutions that create meaningful partnerships, benefiting your business and the community.

The 2026 Procurement Expo is built around a simple but powerful idea: Procure with Purpose. This year's theme reflects how the County is using procurement as a strategic tool to spark innovation, uphold integrity, and create meaningful impact for departments, businesses, and the community. Attend the Procurement Expo and connect with County departments ready to do business!

Vendors will have the opportunity to:

• Connect with County departments to learn what they buy and upcoming procurement needs
• Explore resources from business support partners, including local chambers and neighboring localities
• Meet one-on-one with departments aligned to your products and services
• Attend panel sessions on timely and emerging procurement topics
• Register as a County vendor or get help with an existing supplier account

The Procurement Expo is proudly hosted by Prince William County's Office of Procurement Services, in collaboration with participating County departments, business support partners, and external agencies.
