Attention Cadets: Only cadets who have completed CSX and were officially selected to serve as Cadre should register under the Cadre option. If you have not been hired as Cadre, you are not eligible to register at this time.

- Cadet Students: $575.00
- Cadet Cadre: $575.00
- Senior Staff: $95.00

To Register for Encampment
1. Prepare Required Forms:
Have your required forms completed, signed, and ready to upload before beginning your registration. You will not be able to save your work mid-session.
For All Members:
- CAPF60-81 - Application for CAP Encampment or Special Activity
* Requires your Squadron Commander's signature
* Requires Legal Guardian's signature if under 18
- CAPF160 - Health History Questionnaire
* Requires Legal Guardian's signature if under 18
- CAPF161(I) - Emergency Information
For Cadets Under 18:
- CAPF163 - Permission for Over the Counter Medicine
* Requires Legal Guardian's signature if under 18

3. Scholarship Applicants:
If you are receiving a scholarship (CEAP or otherwise), send your scholarship confirmation to ctg@cawgcadets.org or paula.urbom-shope@cawgcap.org (Encampment Finance Officer) to request a registration code before registering.
4. Incomplete Information:
If you need to provide more details for your registration, proceed with registration and update the information as soon as possible. Instructions for updating your registration will be in your confirmation email.
5. NOTE:
Registration does NOT constitute acceptance to encampment. The Encampment Commander reserves the right to prioritize registrants based on cadet readiness, grade, and completeness of application, regardless of the order in which the registration was received. All registrants will be notified of their acceptance or denial shortly after the registration deadline. Accepted students must submit the full registration fee within one week of notification.
Important Information
Refund Policy
Full Refund Deadline: June 5, 2026
A full refund is available, minus a $10 processing fee.
50% Refund Window: June 6–14, 2025
A 50% refund is available, minus a $10 processing fee.
No Refunds After: June 14, 2025
No refunds will be issued after this date unless approved under special circumstances by the Encampment Commander and Finance Officer.
No refunds will be given for failure to attend the first day of encampment without prior written notice.
Refund Processing Time:
All refunds will be processed within five weeks after encampment concludes.

Submit your request by email to Major Paula Urbom-Shope, Encampment Finance Officer, at paula.urbom-shope@cawgcap.org AND ctg@cawgcadets.org. Include a clear explanation and any supporting details.
