Oregon Peer Workforce Conference 2026
Dates: August 20 & 21
Location: Pendleton Convention Center, 1601 Westgate, Pendleton Oregon
GOBHI’s Peer Workforce Conference is a place for peers working in behavioral health in Eastern Oregon and across the state to connect, learn, and grow together.
The two days of presentations and training sessions will be centered around the theme of The Power of Us: Fostering belonging. The Power of Us underlines that belonging and shared identity are not just “nice to have” — they fundamentally shape cooperation, trust, empathy, and collective action. When peers see challenges as part of a group experience rather than a personal failure, it reduces stigma and promotes collective problem-solving. The sense of shared experience strengthens support bonds and helps create an emotionally supportive, collaborative, and resilient workforce where individuals feel they genuinely belong.
The conference is open to peer workers of all specialty types, and those who work alongside them. For our second annual conference we are welcoming peers from the entire state of Oregon to join us in Pendleton.
Registration cost is $175.00 and includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and one dinner.
