Honoring Our Founder: Women Helping Women



At the very heart of Women for Sobriety is the idea of women helping one another.  It’s present in our Founding Principles and in our WFS Motto.  As a way to honor and celebrate our founder during the month of her birthday, we’re hosting a two-hour interactive workshop on “women helping women.”  Statement 10 reminds us that “all love given is returned.” What does that look like in our New Lives?  Join your 4C sisters for an informative presentation, a reflection on Jean Kirkpatrick’s words and a conversation about what helping means to you.  This workshop is free and open to all women in or seeking recovery.
