Image Reborn invites you to unleash your inner Wonder Woman at a weekend geared to inspire you through sweat, endurance, and knowledge so that you may live the highest quality of life. Give back to yourself and open your heart to receive the love and care you deserve. This retreat does not include overnight accommodations. Please refer to the agenda for meals included.
This retreat has two areas of focus:
Strong Body: On Saturday, we will emphasize strengthening your physical body to give you the confidence and know-how to continue to love and nurture your body . We believe you have strength you didn't know you had.
Strong Soul: On Sunday, we will shift our focus onto mindfulness so that you can find ways to allow your mind, body, and emotions to work together to help you reconnect to and maintain the best YOU.
**PLEASE NOTE**: Although this is a highly physical retreat, we encourage women of all fitness levels to participate. All exercises can be modified to accommodate specific needs.
