Build the foundational skills needed to support America’s growing demand for precision manufacturing professionals through this no-cost ACE Metrology training program, delivered by TMAC in partnership with America’s Cutting Edge (ACE).

The U.S. machining and machine tool industry—comprising over 30,000 companies nationwide—faces a critical need for skilled talent, including operators, engineers, and designers. The ACE initiative is a national effort to strengthen and revitalize the domestic machine tool sector, which is essential to maintaining America’s manufacturing competitiveness and national security.

This training program begins with a 2-hour online module, providing an introduction to key metrology concepts. Participants then attend an in-person, hands-on session, where they will gain practical experience using industry-standard Mitutoyo precision measurement equipment, including:

·       Vernier, dial, and digital calipers

·       Digital micrometers

·       Gauge blocks

·       Height gauges

Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of measurement fundamentals and their application in real-world manufacturing environments.

This training is offered at no cost and includes lunch, refreshments, and program materials.

Space is limited to 10 participants, so early registration is encouraged.
