CALL FOR PRESENTERS IS NOW OPEN!

Speaker application will be accepted from May 1 - July 31, 2026, or until sessions are filled. Speakers will be notified by October 9, 2026, or sooner regarding the status of their application.

Applicants must include a 2-3 paragraph summary of the session topic suitable for an audience of professionals and skilled workers in numerous industries and fields.

Presenters are not guaranteed booth space at the conference, nor will the committee save booth space for any presenters. Registration for booth space is available on September 21, 2026 at 8:00 am (CDT), and spaces are available based on first-come, first-served registration.

Presentations cannot be used as a deliberate advertisement for a company’s product and must have an educational/informative focus for participants.

Presentations are selected by EPIC committee members who are industry representatives, not by Bismarck State College.

*Please note - accepted speakers will receive a complimentary registration fee. During this application process it is going to prompt you to indicate a way to 'pay later'. You will not be asked to provide payment until and only if you are selected as a presenter. Those who are not selected will have the option to register as a conference attendee at the regular rate. How to complete your registration upon either being accepted or declined will be communicated to you when we notify you of your speaker status.
