As part of the Idaho Indian Education Summit, we will be offering a Reservation tour on the evening of June 11th featuring significant historical and cultural locations on the Fort Hall Reservation, home of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, including Chief Tahgee Elementary Academy, the Fort Hall Indian Boarding School Historical Site, Ferry Butte overlooking the Fort Hall Bottoms, and the Fort Hall Bottoms.The buses will load at 4:45 pm outside the student union building and will return to ISU around 7:45 pm.

Please note:

  • There are only 45 spots available for the tour
  • Participants must select the tour option during registration to secure a spot
  • Staff will be checking names upon boarding, and only registered participants will be allowed to board
  • Participants must be 18 years or older to participate in the tour
  • Boxed lunch style meal will be provided for those participating in the bus tour
