2027 PMEA Annual In-Service Conference

April 14-17 (exhibitor dates - April 14-16)


We look forward to welcoming you back to our annual In-Service Conference at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie, PA.


Tentative exhibitor hours are: 

  • Wednesday (4/14) - set up 2 p.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Thursday (4/15) - set-up available from 7-10 a.m. (all exhibits must be set-up by 10 a.m.) hall open 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Friday (4/16) - hall open 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., tear down until 9 p.m.
