PAYMENT

During checkout you are provided two (2) options for payment.

1) Invoiced by BITS. If you are paying by check, please note that the check must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. 

2) Pay by Credit Card Now: Select Pay Now and you will be prompted for credit card information. Please note, processing fee applies.

If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay the full on-site price for the package selected.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend ConnectedLive 2019, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund up to September 10th, 2019. After September 11th, 2019 we will not be able to refund your registration if you cancel, however you can make a substitution at any time. Please see the substitution policy for details. If you don’t attend the Conference and have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded. 

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or via the event website.
