This 1 day a week for 5 weeks course focuses on Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Relation and Job Instruction and is geared for frontline supervisors within manufacturing organizations. Team leaders and supervisors learn how to teach others how to perform jobs correctly, safely and conscientiously. 

Attendees earn TWI certifications in Job Safety (JS), Job Relation (JR), Job Instruction (JI) and are also eligible for Continuing Education credits (CEUs). Attendees can also continue the training in a follow-up 5 week 40 hour course and be eligible for Lean Bronze Certification.
