Solving the Skills Gap
A competitive and fully engaged work environment, fed by a dynamic talent pipeline, significantly enhances an organizations ability to achieve profitable performance and growth. To this end, TMAC and Meritize will present tools and techniques for creating the conditions and means to attract and retain a highly-skilled workforce.
