It is unique to every organization; difficult to change; but, ultimately determines success since performance is based on commitment and belief in the organization. Building a successful culture requires having a philosophy and plan in place which brings the concept to fruition. During our learn@lunch, we will discuss the importance of culture and provide some tools and techniques for creating an environment which produces success.
