During this 3-day conference, we will provide education related to current operations of rehab providers which have been turned upside down by the pandemic and society changes. Our leading experts, will share best practices and provide solid takeaways to attendees that can be immediately implemented in their businesses. See below for the description of each days sessions:


Day 1, September 16:

This day focuses on how companies can successfully navigate the changes in reimbursement and care models and impact to patient care due to the pandemic and healthcare regulatory changes. We will discuss areas to consider when starting or partnering with an ISNP; review PDGM and what providers have learned and changed since implantation; and how treatment of dementia has changed for patients and caregivers due to COVID-19.


Day 2, September 23:

This day will focus on providing support to employees as we evolve operations and adapt through the changes with the pandemic and social dynamics. We will discuss on how companies can provide support and motivation to employees who work remote due to the pandemic; how to develop a plan for reviewing infrastructure capabilities and a recruiting and on-boarding process; review state laws and employer rights of privacy laws regarding collection of employee biometric data; discuss legalized marijuana and its impact; and how employers can assess their risk with the LGBTQ+ community while providing unbiased quality care to all they serve.

Our Solution Partners will be hosting a virtual picnic in their "breakout rooms" where they will share information about their products or services along with their favorite BBQ recipe.


Day 3, September 30:

This day will focus on how companies can successfully navigate the changes in business operations and strategies due to the pandemic and social dynamics. Speakers discussed being a provider of outpatient therapy to patients in their homes; integrating telehealth into your business operations for the long term; and bringing awareness within your organization through all aspects.
