Give yourself permission to create freely without judgment by joining Image Reborn and retreat alumna Ashley Wall for a light-hearted, yet purposeful virtual art project (or 4)!

Offer yourself grace as you practice and learn how to heal & grow while focusing on the following areas:

• Stress Reduction & Relaxation
• Mindfulness
• Connection
• Trusting the Self & Others

There is a $10 non-refundable fee for this series to help cover the cost of shipping & supplies.

• For official Alumni Army members, this fee is waived.
• If you have attended an in-person retreat and would like to become more involved with social and service opportunities (plus receive special perks), you can click here to join our Alumni Army.

After registering, we will mail you a small package including a journal and some useful art supplies that can be used for each activity.

You are welcome to attend any or all of the projects depending on your schedule.

These art projects are an hour long each (6:30-7:30pm Mountain Time) and are scheduled for:

• March 30 - (via Zoom)
• May 25 - (via Zoom)
• July 27 - (via Zoom)
• September 28 - (In-person or via Zoom with a buddy)

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF PARTICIPANTS:

• Be comfortably seated in a quiet and private location (or with headphones)
• Willing to hold space for self and others
• Willing to let go of judgment of self and others
