CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be in writing thirty days prior to the first day of conference. Your registration may then be transferred to another event through December 31, 2023 without a penalty or a transfer fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of the event date may be transferred with a $75 transfer fee to another event. There are no refunds. We will work through equipment combinations that challenge and motivate our clients while keeping in mind some of our students are recovering from things that require less resistance and more assistance. Techniques for runners that need to go deep rather than pounding the ground will be covered in this lecture and put to the test in the pool segment of class.
