AquaCon Tucson 2022 is an amazing opportunity to get your feet wet and acquire quality aquatic fitness training. Join some of the country's best presenters as they share their water aerobics expertise and show you how to develop classes that are safe, fun, and effective! Continuing education credits are awarded for attending this event.

Follow the steps below to learn about AquaCon Tucson 2022 and register.


STEP 1: Use the menu to the left to view the AGENDA.


STEP 2: Use the SPEAKERS tab to read about who will be participating in our conference. The CEC tab has award amounts listed. The PRICING tab features all prices and deadlines.


STEP 3: When you have decided which workshops you want on your schedule, click REGISTER > Myself > CHOOSE YOUR PROFILE. This is where you'll select your registration package.


Options are:

  • The Full Conference Registration includes all workshops on Saturday. This registration item DOES NOT include Aqua Progressions I Certification.


  • The Single Session Conference Registration allows you to register for up to four SINGLE sessions throughout the weekend. This registration item DOES NOT include Aqua Progressions I Certification.


  • Choose the Aqua Progressions I Certification if you are registering for this training. You will receive online modules prior to the 4-hour in-person workshop on Friday, October 14th with Janice Jaicks. You will also have the option of adding additional registration items. You will also have the option to add the Full Conference on Saturday, October 15th.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be in writing thirty days prior to the first day of conference. Your registration may then be transferred to another event through December 31, 2023 without a penalty or a transfer fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of the event date may be transferred with a $75 transfer fee to another event. There are no refunds. FitnessFest is not responsible for acts of God, nature, war, union or labor disputes, or other events out of our control. Contact (480) 461-3888 for additional details or with questions.

All levels and all active ages will benefit from these moves and these concepts that Manuel brings to the pool for you. This workshop includes ways to Increase your cardio fitness, improve your strength, and develop better balance and flexibility. Join me in a discussion that is DEEP about our water workouts.

We will work through equipment combinations that challenge and

motivate our clients while keeping in mind some of our students

are recovering from things that require less resistance and more

assistance. Techniques for runners that need to go deep rather

than pounding the ground will be covered in this lecture and put

to the test in the pool segment of class. If you are looking for

This is a land-based class.

?This Tai Chi Yoga fusion program emphasizes developing flexibility, gaining balance both externally and internally, and improving overall wellness. Yoga will bring the basis of internal support for stability and strength. Tai Chi will review and connect the fundamental and dynamic applications of functional mobility and dynamic stability using movements that connect into forms or sequences.
