Join us on Sunday, February 26th for our 18th VSC Veterinary Education Conference. Although we will be back to nearly full capacity at the Meridian Banquet and Conference Center, we will also offer a live stream version of the conference for those who either prefer to participate from home or for those who want to participate once lecture halls are filled.
Sunday, February 27th
Registration – 8-9 am
Lectures – 9 am to 4:30 pm
Meridian Banquet & Conference Center
1701 Algonquin Road
Rolling Meadows, IL
Our in-person event
Our in-person event will be like past events with access to sponsors, great food, and time networking. Because our continuing education programs are our way of saying thank you to our referral community for supporting our emergency and specialty practices, we will be verifying all in-person registrations. First, you will receive an email that your in-person registration is under consideration, then a second email will be sent within 48 hours with a confirmation.
Registration opens for prospective participants on Monday, January 30th.
Cancellations
If you’re registered and your plans change, please log back into your registration portal and change your attendance option to either attending via live stream or will not attend. That will open more seats for those on our waitlist. If you register in person and fail to show up without notifying us, we reserve the right to not approve attendance at future events.
Donations for Admission
VSC’s continuing education programs have always been free to our referral community. Because local organizations have had an even greater need for donations throughout the pandemic, we are reviving our supply drive for local non-profits for those attending this event in person. We are asking for donations of toiletry items to assist Lake County CASA, The Center on Halsted, A Safe Place, and Luggage for Freedom.
Live stream
The live stream option is available to everyone in the referral community. Lectures will be available for CE credit on our web-based app. Attendees will need to log on to each lecture to receive CE credit.
Along with the live stream, those attending online will have access to information about our sponsors as well as links to connect with them or to attend online programming offered by sponsors after our event.
