Woodbury Days is a 3-day outdoor community celebration packed full of great entertainment, delicious food and family fun! At our last event, approximately 200 businesses participated and over 25,000 people attended. Planning for 2023 is underway and we’d love for you and your business or organization to join us!
Taste of Woodbury Description: Our aim is to get as many different food styles as possible for our event. Vendor registration is $695 and is not due until your application is approved.
Here is what you get as a food vendor in the Taste Tent.
Vendors are to be ready to serve from 4-10 pm Friday, 10 am - 10 pm Saturday and 11 am - 4 pm Sunday.
Vendors may set up Thursday starting 10 am until Friday 3 pm. Take down may start at 4 pm Sunday.
At this time we cannot have food trucks. If you have a food truck, equipment would need to be moved from your truck to the food tent.
We do ask each vendor to offer a discount when customers show a Woodbury Days event button.
Booth registration discounted with event sponsorship.
Please know you will need to provide Certificate of Liability Insurance and ST-19.
After your application is approved, you will need to obtain a Special Event Food Stand License.
