In 2021, Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) developed a Comprehensive Behavioral Health Plan (CBHP) that details projects and endeavors related to the Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization(EOCCO) region. As part of this plan, GOBHI chose three priority areas to work on: Workforce Development, Behavioral Health Network Development, and Housing Stability. 

GOBHI has dedicated funds to further the goal of expanding its behavioral health provider network in the EOCCO region. GOBHI welcomes proposals that will address one or more of the following areas related to network expansion:

• Strategies and/or initiatives that increase Member access to behavioral health services;

• Initiation and/or expansion of speciality services/service providers:

*Gender-affirming services;

*Eating disorder treatment;

• Initiation and/or expansion of culturally and/or linguistically specific behavioral health services and/or providers;

• Initiation and/or expansion of programs/providers of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services for adolescents and/or the LGBTQIA2S+ population; and

• Initiation and/or expansion of programs/providers of dyadic services for 0-5-year-olds (e.g. Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)).
