Earn Contact Hours for the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)

Application or Recertification

Class hours count toward the CMP CE application and re-certification hours. The topics that are covered are emphasized according to importance and relevance to the CMP-International Standards, and the proportion to how they are used in the exam. 

Class Dates

The class is 16 hours over 4 sessions. These sessions will happen virtually: 

Saturday, November 4; Sunday, November 5; Saturday, November 11; and Sunday, November 12, 2023

All sessions will be held from 1:00 to 5:30 PM Eastern Time. 

Class Registration

- General Registration ($750 USD), Payment Plan registration, and Take Again registration is now open!

This intensive and extensive virtual class utilizes the CMP – International Standards as the base for the areas of learning. This is a class where the information is taught, not facilitated. It will be a live video and there will be no PowerPoint. The sessions are not recorded. Although we won’t physically be in the room together, any questions will be answered either during or after the class. There will also be two "Answers Afterwards" sessions focusing on different domains, during which you can ask any questions. Last, registration includes the "Take Again" option, which allows you to take the class again at no additional charge.

Sunday, December 3 - “Just in Case Day” 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM – this is in case of a power or internet outage or anything that might prevent us from having part or all of class on one of the dates above. If we do not have to use it as a “Just in Case”, it will become the first Answers Afterwards Session, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

Sunday, December 10 - Answers Afterwards from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. (It will be the first session if we cannot hold it on December 3, or the second session if we did.)

Sunday, December 17- Answers Afterwards from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. (This session will only take place if December 3 is used as a make-up day and not as the first Answers Afterwards session)

Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

Students must be registered and paid in full to attend the sessions unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. There is not a discount if you miss any part of the session. Cancellations may be made through October 21, 2023, for a refund less of the $50.00 processing fee. No refunds as of October 22, 2023. Registration can be applied to future classes. Registrants may take another class directly sponsored by The Ordinary Success Project at no additional charge. It does not apply to any classes that are held through other organizations.
