Event Banner
THIS EVENT IS 100% FREE!

This workshop will be focused on DoD, DOE and Federal Government Cybersecurity Compliance during Part A. Part B with focus on other compliance standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 information security management systems for Private Sector manufacturers and organizations. Networking lunch will be provided between sessions.

Workshop will cover:

  • Provide most current updates NIST SP800--171 rev 3, CMMC 2.0 Final Rule.
  • Provide a review and reference links of appropriate compliance standards and guidelines as well as a implementation strategy development and implementation approach. (Where rubber meets road)
  • These compliance requirements are key for DoD. DOE and other Government Agencies and can be partially implemented when no compliance is required to enhance Cybersecurity. (Such as ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2, risk analysis, other)
  • Discuss tailored cost-effective solutions depending on company needs, for protection, compliance, and level of acceptable risk.
  • Proprietary Tools Developed by TMAC
  • A direct approach to avoid going around in circles.
  • Process when Compliance is required (DoD, DOE, Other) (morning)
  • Process when no Compliance is required but cost effect cybersecurity is desired to protect business strategically. (Afternoon)
  • Attend one or both depending on your company’s needs.

This concept/process serves as a roadmap for All Manufacturers to secure their information assets. This will also assist in ISO risk assessment requirements for Cybersecurity.

Special Presentation:

Securing Critical Supply Chains in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)

The National Security Agency (NSA) is offering qualifying companies with an active DoD contract (sub or prime), or with access to non-public, DoD information, several threat-informed cybersecurity solutions to help reduce risk of network compromise and protect sensitive but unclassified information.

DoD suppliers and vendors are prime targets for adversaries seeking to undermine national security and the economy. To combat these threats, the NSA offers no-cost cybersecurity services tailored for qualifying Defense Industrial Base (DIB) companies. These services, provided through NSA's Cybersecurity Collaboration Center (CCC), protect sensitive DoD information by fortifying against top exploitation vectors used by foreign actors. Learn more about this offer during the morning session of the workshop, presented by Rose Lenhart, Liaison for the NSA Cybersecurity Collaboration Center - Texas.
