This is where you can quickly and easily access most of the information you’ll need as you prepare for a fantastic three days of showcasing your products and services in front of the 10,000-12,000 attendees who visit our show each year.

If you're ready to get started, here’s what you need to know before clicking the pink “Register” button:

• Will you be the person working the show? If so, you’ll use the green “Myself” button on the next page and enter your name and email address. This means that you will receive the confirmation email when your registration is complete and all future emails from the Portal that will contain important show information.
• If someone else will be working the show: Please be sure to use the blue “Someone Else UNDER THEIR EMAIL” button on the next page and enter their name and email address. This means that the confirmation email will go to their email address when you've completed their registration. All future emails from the Portal that will contain important show information will also go to their email address.

Once you've completed the registration process, if you feel that you need to make changes regarding who receives the communications, please contact our Exhibitor Support Team at exhibitors@dogwoodarts.com for assistance.

What will you find in the Exhibitor Portal?

• If your exhibit plans change as you prepare for the show, you can purchase more space by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the home page to access 'My Events'
• Pay your registration account balance via credit card right from your Portal profile! (contact Exhibitor Support to make deposit and/or partial payments)
• You can view and print your registration account invoices/receipts in that same 'My Events' area under your name
• In the column on the left side of the Portal home page....

~ You can check out photos & videos from past shows in the Gallery tabs

~ Have questions? The answers may already be in the Show FAQ tab
