Seminar III will take place at the Rutgers University-New Brunswick on April 3 - April 5, 2025. Please ensure your travel arrangements allow for you to fully participate in the entire seminar.

This three-day workshop will focus on issues of money, management, and strategies. Participants will

• Identify approaches to strategic planning at multiple levels of the institution
• Review institutional finances, budget models, and sources of revenue and expense
• Understand the strategic imperative to build and maintain a diverse and inclusive university community
• Evaluate strategies for assessing competing priorities and managing time
• Consider the range of formal and informal opportunities in higher education leadership
