ABOUT INSTRUCTOR, RACHEL LOVE
Rachel defends correctional departments, jail systems, and law enforcement in civil rights litigation across the U.S., including § 1983, Bivens, tort, and class actions. She’s recognized for her expertise in excessive force, inmate assaults, suicides, STG/gang management, maximum custody, and conditions of confinement. Her work also covers medical and religious rights, retaliation, First Amendment issues, and complex cases involving catastrophic injury or wrongful death claims.
