Join us for the first education program of 2018, when we focus the topic of WiFi!
The high price and quality of WiFi at hotels and meeting venues is on everyone's mind as the increase in the use of multiple portable personal devices has an impact on the venues' network.
More meetings are using polling, video, meeting apps, gamification, etc.
These activities have a higher impact on the network. And, with demand for WiFi only continuing to increase year-over-year, it's important for planners and venues to not only do the necessary due diligence to make sure the event will fit within the venue's current capabilities, but to actually have a better understanding of the back-end mechanics to avoid mishaps when you're meeting is LIVE!
Kathy Grau will lead this conversation, along with an A/V professional, a hotel/venue sales professonal and an in-house IT professional.
You'll leave with knowledge you can apply! Planners will be better equipped to ask the right questions and hotels/venues will be able to offer more value in their conversations with clients to ensure WiFi needs are being accommodated appropriately.
