Walk-in registration will be available at the conference venue.

The registration desk will open at 8:00 A.M. on Thursday Feb 26th in the BHCC lobby.

Please note, registration refunds are not available after February 1st, 2026.

The 2026 conference will be held in Billings Montana at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center (BHCC).

Hotel rooms are available at BHCC for the prevailing state rate. Contact the hotel directly at 406-248-7151 to make your reservations and mention the Montana Aviation Conference when booking.
