Montana’s premier aviation event features exhibitors, guest speakers, seminars, Inspection Authorization (IA) mechanic refresher, awards ceremonies, social events, static display, banquet meals, three keynote speakers, and networking opportunities with members of the aviation community.

The 2026 conference will be held in Billings Montana at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center (BHCC).

Hotel rooms are available at BHCC for the prevailing state rate. Contact the hotel directly at 406-248-7151 to make your reservations and mention the Montana Aviation Conference when booking.
