IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TO THE MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR THESE CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Each of the certifications has a corresponding Reference Package that is required for the exam. These packages are the materials you will use to self-study before and during training, will be covered during training, and, when allowed, can be referenced during the exam(s). THESE STUDY PACKAGES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY FROM YOUR REGISTRATION, EITHER THROUGH ACI DIRECTLY OR THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.
  • Due to the extensive nature of these materials compared to those required for other certifications, the materials are more expensive than our standard workbooks—the CCSI Study Package is $375 and the CTCI Study Package is $425.
  • ACI updates these materials regularly, therefore it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that if you have materials available to you for the certification you're registering for that were purchase before 2025 you purchase a new set to ensure you will be preparing for your exams using the most current versions of all documents.
  • In addition to being more expensive, the materials also take longer to arrive as we order them through ACI for direct delivery to the address provided when you place your order. Due to both the amount of information contained in these materials and the slightly longer delivery time, we recommend ordering as soon as possible so you can begin studying right away.

ACI Workbook Copyright Regulations:

ACI Policy states: "Candidates choosing to use resource materials must possess either official/original ACI-printed materials, or printed permission from the copyright holder accompanying their printed/photocopied materials."

As a Local Sponsoring Group for ACI certifications, CRMCA is required to enforce ACI Policy, therefore any unauthorized/copied/non-original materials will be immediately confiscated by the Examiner of Record if brought to an exam or training session. Please ensure only official/original materials are being utilized to avoid any disruption to your training and testing process.
