Inclusion benefits everyone, but how do we realistically do that in our school age afterschool and OST programs when we serve such a range of ages, personalities, and abilities? Join us and our partners from Kids Included Together (KIT) in person in central Jersey for a day exploring how to nurture and grow inclusive practices in our programs to best meet the needs of school age youth and staff in afterschool and OST. Together, we’ll focus on strategies that support school-age youth and the staff who serve them, helping to create environments where everyone can thrive.

***Bonus (optional) afternoon session specifically addressing the behavior and inclusion challenges of working with preschoolers age 3 and up in afterschool programs is included.
