Help Shape the Future Manufacturing Workforce in Yolo County
Yolo County’s manufacturing sector is growing and offering well-paying, entry-level careers—but employers continue to face challenges finding applicants with the right skills and hands-on experience. This two-hour evening convening will bring manufacturers and industry partners together with K–14 educators and workforce leaders to turn insights from the February 19 educator session into concrete solutions: clearer pathways, stronger programs, and training aligned to real hiring needs.
Employers will have the opportunity to directly shape what students and jobseekers learn—across high school, community college, and short-term training—so they are prepared for roles in production, maintenance, machining, quality, and advanced manufacturing. Your input will help guide curriculum priorities, work-based learning, and upskilling pathways that support company growth and long-term regional competitiveness.
Reserve your spot today. Light dinner provided. Space is limited to ensure productive conversations.
