Speaker application will be accepted from March 3 - April 10, 2026, or until sessions are filled. Speakers will be notified by May 20, 2026, or sooner regarding the status of their application.

If you have attended the Midwest Power Systems Conference (MIPSYCON) over the past 60+ years, you know that it is a great event featuring robust speakers from around the region and country, sharing their expertise on technology, work practices, projects, trends and tips in the electric power industry.

Applicants must include a 2-3 paragraph summary of the technical topic suitable for an audience of engineers and other industry experts. 

Presentations may not include commercial promotions, business development, or marketing themes (these types of applications will be declined).

*Please note - accepted speakers will receive a reduced registration fee. During this application process it is going to prompt you to indicate a way to 'pay later'. You will not be asked to provide payment until and only if you are selected as a presenter. Those who are not selected will have the option to register as a conference attendee at the regular rate. How to complete your registration upon either being accepted or declined will be communicated to you when we notify you of your speaker status.
