Registration for booth space is available on October 14, 2026 at 8:00 am (CDT), and spaces are available based on a first-come, first-served basis. There are four booth options: Standard booth, Premier booth, Truck/Trailer booth and Lignite Energy Council Member booth.

Booth prices increase by $250 on January 9, 2027.
