The Kenai Chapter of ASFA is excited to host the 2026 Alaska Fire Conference.

The Alaska Fire Conference is an annual fire conference co-sponsored by the Alaska Fire Chiefs and Alaska State Firefighters Associations in cooperation with the State of Alaska Fire Marshals Office. The theme of this year's conference is "Adaptation & Innovation." The goal of the 2026 Alaska Fire Conference in Kenai is to create an energizing and future-focused experience that compels firefighters, company officers, and fire chiefs to invest in themselves, their people, and their departments. With “Adaptation & Innovation” as the driving theme, the conference will highlight cutting-edge technology, emerging fire service trends, and innovative operational strategies that are transforming how departments train, respond, lead, and serve. By bringing together progressive minds from across Alaska and beyond, this conference will provide actionable knowledge, valuable connections, and fresh ideas that attendees can take home and put to work immediately—making attendance a smart investment in both individual growth and organizational success.

The after training networking events include Vendor Night on Wednesday, Cameron Carter Run & FOOLS Night Out on Thursday, the Fire Conference Banquet on Friday and a Firefighter Combat Challenge Competition.
