STEMblazers is strengthening the future STEM workforce by empowering the next generation of girls and young women to explore and pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). As employers face growing talent shortages and women remain underrepresented in STEM careers, STEMblazers is building a stronger workforce pipeline by connecting middle and high school girls with STEM professionals, hands-on learning, industry exposure, and mentorship. Together, we are preparing the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders while helping Colorado employers cultivate the diverse talent needed for tomorrow's workforce.
