for superintendents, finance officers, and human resource directors across the Western Carolina

This series will strengthen financial leadership capacity, improve transparency, and ensure

accountability in the management of public school funds. Training to be led by teams consisting

of one superintendent and one finance officer - a pairing that reflects the essential collaboration
