Join us in beautiful Jacksonville, Florida for the 2018 COE Fall Candidate Academy Part 1 - Seeking Candidacy and the Candidate Academy Part 2 - Accreditation Prep. Both academies will be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.

Candidate Academy Part 1 - Seeking Candidacy (Maximum number of registrants is 40) - PART 1 IS FULL AND NO LONGER ACCEPTING REGISTRATION. NOTE: PART 1 MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ATTENDING CANDIDATE ACADEMY PART 2.

For institutions seeking to become a candidate for accreditation with COE. These workshops inform institutions of the accreditation process and cover such topics as eligibility for candidacy and applying for candidacy. Limited to 2 participants per institution.

Candidate Academy Part 2 - Accreditation Prep

For institutions that participated in Candidate Academy Part 1 in 2017 or in July of 2018 and have been accepted as a candidate for accreditation with COE or will be accepted by November 7, 2018. These workshops provide information on the COE Annual Report, including Reporting Student Achievement Data, and writing the Self-Study. Note that the first session of Candidate Academy Part 2 is at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

The agendas for Candidate Academy Part 1 and Part 2 are available above and also under the Documents tab. Registered attendees may check in for the academies on Tuesday, November 6, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and on Wednesday, November 7, beginning at 7:30 am.

Early registration fee is $650 per registrant through October 15. Late registration fee is $700 beginning on October 16, 2018. There will be no on-site registration. Note: registration may close early if capacity is reached.
