This workshop is part of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership's (MEP) Supply Chain Optimization initiative. This initiative is focused on establishing a comprehensive view of the Supply Chain and improving its visibility & responsiveness through all supporting tiers.


It is also designed to be scalable to leverage and coordinate throughput improvements at any level of the Supply Chain. Whether it is supporting small to mid-size contract manufacturers, large multi-national OEMs or the Department of Defense, the concepts and tools presented in this workshop are applicable.
