Welcome to the website for AMCA International's 2019 North America Region Meeting, set for May 5-6 at Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel in Rosemont, Ill.

In response to member feedback, the event has been reimagined as an intensive work session focused on AMCA’s new three-year strategic plan and its most important advocacy issues. Check out the schedule by clicking the “Schedule” page.

AMCA members and associates who are attending the North America Region Meeting for the first time should register as a "First-time Attendee" in order to receive the $100.00 discount.

Registration Fees:

Member: $199

First-time attendee: $99

To register, click the red “Register” button. Note that each person attending requires a separate registration. Be sure to select the appropriate attendee profile for each new registration.

AMCA has a room block at Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel, group rate of $159.00+ tax. For information about the hotel, including how to make a reservation, please click the "Hotel" tab. The registration cutoff date for the block of rooms AMCA has reserved is Monday, April 15. The number of rooms for both nights is limited, so book early!

Meeting registration will close on Wednesday, May 1^st.
