Join us in Biloxi, Mississippi for the 2019 COE Summer Candidate Academy Part 1 - Seeking Candidacy and the Candidate Academy Part 2 - Accreditation Prep. Both academies will be held at the Golden Nugget Biloxi Resort. (Institutions already accredited by COE should not attend Candidate Academy 1 or Candidate Academy 2.)

Candidate Academy Part 1 - Seeking Candidacy (Maximum number of registrants is 40 - registration will close once capacity is reached)
For institutions seeking to become a candidate for accreditation with COE. These workshops inform institutions of the accreditation process and cover such topics as eligibility for candidacy and applying for candidacy. Limited to 2 participants per institution. Note: Institutions already in candidate status with COE should not attend Candidate Academy Part 1. Candidate Academy Part 2 - Accreditation Prep
For institutions that have participated in Candidate Academy Part 1 and have been accepted as a candidate for accreditation with COE or will be accepted as a candidate by July 10, 2019. These workshops provide information on the COE Annual Report, including Reporting Student Achievement Data (Completion, Placement and Licensure), and writing the Self-Study. Note that the first session of Candidate Academy Part 2 is at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2019.
2019 Summer Candidate Academy Part 2 Agenda
The agendas for Candidate Academy Part 1 and Part 2 are available above. Registered attendees may check in for the academies on Wednesday, July 10, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and on Thursday, July 11, beginning at 7:30 am.

The cost is $475 per registrant. The registration deadline for the conference and for making reservations at the Golden Nugget Biloxi Resort is Wednesday, June 19, 2019. There will be no on-site registration. Note: registration may close early if capacity is reached.
