Standard Fee: July 16 - September 5, 2019

General Registration: $250

Student/Post-Doc/Fellow within 5 years of Terminal Degree: $125

University of Utah Faculty/Staff: $125

One Day ONLY: $100

Late Fee: September 6 - October 6, 2019

General Registration: $275

One Day ONLY: $110

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you may send written notice to the University of Utah Conference & Event Management department (asearles@conferences.utah.edu) or call 801-587-2989. Cancellations made by 5 pm MDT Friday, September 6, 2019 will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after September 6th are responsible for the entire registration fee.

Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time. Should extenuating circumstances arise which result in your registration cancellation, exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made on a case by case basis. Please state your reason for cancellation in your written notice to University of Utah Conference & Event Management.
