Welcome to the website for Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International’s 2019 Annual Meeting, taking place Oct. 2-6 at beautiful Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui.

Here, you will find everything you need to know about attending this informative and fun event, including information about the schedule, the hotel, the speakers, the tours and activities offered, and sponsorship opportunities. You will find all the information on the pages/tabs located on the left hand side of the website.

When you are ready to register, simply click the red "Register" button. Please note a separate registration is required for each person attending. Be sure to select the appropriate attendee type for each new registration and note that a unique email address is needed for each registrant.

First-time attendee: $595

Spouse/guest: $495

Children 5-18: $200

Children under 5: Free

Pricing starting Sept. 4:

Member: $895

First-time attendee: $695

Spouse/guest: $595

Children 5-18: $300

Children under 5: Free

In addition to receiving a discount of $200 off the member registration fee, first-time attendees will be recognized during the meeting’s kickoff session.

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The cutoff date for AMCA’s hotel room block at Wailea Beach Resort – Marriott, Maui is September 2.

Once registered, you will have the ability to view all of the information on this website along with details of your registration on your mobile device via a Web-based application. More information will be included in the e-mail message confirming your registration.
