• Discover- Stylists new to the salon, including Institute Grads

•• Evolve- Stylists who have been licensed and working full time in the salon up to 1 year

••• Propel- Stylists who have been licensed and working full time in the salon from 1 to 4 years

•••• Advanced- Stylists who have been licensed and working full time in the salon for at least 5 years
