Most of us have heard about and applied lean and six sigma methodologies. They have certainly been proven to show significant improvement to organizations within many different industries, but why have we allowed ourselves to create such complexity around these strategies? Patrick will discuss, with many examples, where lean implementation has not been fully adopted due to a complex delivery of the concepts. As a simple man himself, Patrick want to bring lean back to the basics. He believes these three words should describe every organizations lean journey: Simple. Visual. Continuous. By breaking down these three elements and applying them to your organization, Patrick believes you can have sustained success in your lean journey. With many examples of successful and sustained implementation, Patrick will deliver the key to sustainable change in every organization.
