The Bold Open event brings together some of Minnesota’s largest and most innovative food and agriculture entities to highlight unique industry challenges and explore future partnerships with producers, entrepreneurs, researchers, businesses and others that have innovative solutions. It utilizes an open innovation platform and a reverse pitch model to accelerate these innovative solutions to current industry challenges.


This event will explore current innovation challenges with Cargill and Target executives and provide a platform for the audience to connect virtually with representatives from AURI, Cargill, Compeer Financial, Ecolab, Forever Green Partnership, Glacial Grain Spirits, Hormel Foods, Land O’Lakes, MBOLD, MN Soybean Research and Promotion Council, MN Wheat Research and Promotion Council, Schwan’s Company, SunOpta and Syngenta on their challenges to help in creating your solutions.
