COURSE DESCRIPTION
Over the past 40 years, dental implants have revolutionized the practice of clinical dentistry providing a durable and natural-looking solution for tooth replacement. Commercially, dental implants present a lucrative market opportunity due to their high success rates and long-term durability, which drive patient satisfaction and repeat business. The demand for dental implants is growing as more patients seek reliable and aesthetically pleasing tooth replacement options. This course will help participants:

• Understand the proper steps to treatment plan the replacement of a missing tooth with a dental implant prior to any surgery being done.
• Understand how to properly communicate with surgical specialists to have the best foundation for a future replacement tooth.
• Understand the full range of options available to restore a dental implant for single teeth, multiple teeth or even all teeth
• Feel comfortable discussing these things with patients in a way that drives higher rates of case acceptance in your practice

About Dr. Forde:
Michael Forde, DDS, MS received his DDS from the University of Southern California and his MS in Biomedical Sciences and certificate in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics from the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Forde owned a private practice limited to prosthodontics in Roseville, CA from 2008-2016. Dr. Forde was the owner of the Sacramento and Elk Grove ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers from 2015-2024. Dr. Forde was the Vice President of Clinical Affairs and later the Vice President of New Center Development for ClearChoice Management Services between 2021 and 2024. During his time in private practice and at ClearChoice, Dr. Forde restored approximately 5,000 arches of fixed full arch restorations and has leveraged that experience in helping to evolve the technique from an analog to a digital workflow. Dr. Forde is a Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, the Mayo Clinic Alumni Association, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
