Event Banner
THIS EVENT IS 100% FREE!

Mark your calendar for the 41st Annual EMS Symposium—an inspiring gathering of health care professionals dedicated to strengthening emergency care across Southeast Alaska. This year, we’re bringing the region’s premier EMS event to Juneau, Alaska’s breathtaking capital city, where glaciers, mountains, and ocean converge to create a backdrop as dynamic as our work.

The 2026 Symposium unites EMS providers, nurses, physicians, public health leaders, and community responders from across the state to share expertise, explore innovations, and develop strategies that elevate the continuum of care in remote and rugged environments. Set amid the towering presence of the Mendenhall Glacier and the rich heritage of Alaska Native culture, this year’s event offers an energizing setting for hands-on training, clinical updates, and immersive skill-building sessions.

Whether you’re advancing your clinical practice, preparing to teach the next generation of responders, or adapting to the evolving demands of prehospital care, this symposium empowers you with the tools, partnerships, and inspiration to thrive. Attendees can expect impactful workshops, cutting-edge medical discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and invaluable networking opportunities with colleagues who share a commitment to serving Alaska’s diverse and remote communities.

As we build on more than four decades of excellence in EMS education, we invite you to join us in Juneau to learn, connect, and shape the future of emergency care in Southeast Alaska. Your expertise, your passion, and your presence help strengthen the lifesaving network that communities across the region depend on.
