Welcome to Upstate Spring CLI - Certified Lab Instructor Training of 2026!

This course will take place within 3 days.

April 7th & 14th - Zoom Lecture 6pm-10pm

April 18th - Skills Evaluation at EMSTAT 8am-5pm

This is an exclusive invite only training, and we look forward to assisting our current EMT or AEMT instructors in getting their Instructor Certifications for future leadership roles in EMS education.


What is a CLI?

CLI stands for Certified Lab Instructor. CLi's are experienced EMT's or Advanced EMT (AEMT) trained to teach, evaluate and proctor practical skills in courses for emergency personnel. They focus on hands-on training, such as CPR, immobilization and airway management. CLI's work alongside Certified Instructor Coordinators (CIC) to deliver a curriculum.
