Carol Shattuck is an experienced leader with more than 35 years of experience. Before starting her consulting practice, she served as a CEO of a large area nonprofit. In that role, she guided the organization through a successful merger, significant growth in programmatic reach and funds raised. Carol is a certified coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and has received the ACC credential (Associate Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation. She is a seasoned strategist and facilitator whose personalized coaching helps clients unlock their full potential.
