THIS EVENT IS 100% FREE!

If you feel as if you never have enough time, this session is for you. It will help you reframe productivity as an attention challenge, not a time challenge. You will be able to identify:

  • the three enemies of focus
  • the 90-minute rule for sustained deep work
  • a busy season focus protocol
  • the leadership behaviors that determine whether a firm's culture protects or destroys attention

You will gain knowledge that is practical, candid, and immediately applicable. It will help you design a workweek that protects sustained focus blocks for high-judgment work and apply a four-part busy season focus protocol to maintain work quality during peak periods
