Registration for Breakout & Poster Presenters
One discounted registration is available per session; you must register by Dec 15 to receive the discount.
Co-presenters register at the current conference rate at the time of registration.
Planning Committee members who are presenting, please refer to the email sent to you about registration.
Any presenter who registers after the Dec 15 deadline may be excluded from the conference program.
