This registration profile is for invited speakers for the CAPHC Conference. This does not include those presenting in the poster fair or CFAN Pre-Conference Workshops. If you have not been instructed to register as a speaker, please register as a Conference Delegate. Thank you.

To qualify as a Student, applicants must submit a letter from your Institution as proof of full time enrollment as an under- or post-graduate student (excluding post-doctoral fellows). A photocopy of your Student ID card or letter can be submitted via email to conference@childrenshealthcarecanada.ca. Students who do not provide proof of enrollment will be charged the Regular Full Conference rate.
